In his words

Why I started this

My name is Morgan, and I'm the founder of Train4Speed. Sports have always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing both basketball and football. Being an athlete myself showed me how much the right training, coaching, and attention to detail can make a difference. Over time, I became just as passionate about the training side of sports as I was about playing them.

That passion is what led me to start Train4Speed. I care about the athletes I work with because I know what it's like to be in their position, to want to get better, become more confident, and see the work you put in actually pay off. I want to be someone who athletes can trust to push them, believe in them, and help them reach goals they may not have thought were possible.

For me, it's bigger than just making someone faster. I want to help athletes build confidence in themselves and develop habits that will benefit them both in their sport and outside of it.

I'm also a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), which has helped me build a deeper understanding of speed, movement, and athletic performance. With Train4Speed, my goal is to give every athlete purposeful training, genuine support, and the tools they need to become a better version of themselves.

How he works

Everything gets timed.

01

A number, not a feeling

Athletes get timed so progress is something you can point at instead of something you hope is happening.

02

Built around one athlete

Basketball and football taught him the same lesson from two directions: what a body needs depends entirely on the body.

03

Habits that outlast the season

Warm-ups, mechanics and effort standards that keep working long after the training block ends.

Come get timed.
Then decide.
